Emily McAllister joined the firm in 2011.  She is engaged in the general practice of law including but not limited to, business law, contracts, corporate law, real estate, and wills, trusts, and probate. 

Emily was born in Des Moines, Iowa, in 1969.  She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Indiana University in 1991, earning her degree With High Distinction.  In 1993 she graduated from The University of Michigan Law School, cum laude.

Emily was admitted to the Iowa bar in 1994, and is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association (Business Law Section and Probate, Property & Trust Law Section).
