Micah J. Schreurs, Attorney


Micah J. Schreurs joined the firm in 2001.
His field of practice is general practice including, but not limited to, family law, wills and probate, real estate, education law, employment law,
and litigation.

Micah was born in Sioux Center, Iowa, in 1974, and graduated from Dordt College in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history. In 2000, he received his Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa, graduating with High Distinction. While in law school, Micah was elected to the Order of the Coif and published a piece in the Journal of Corporation Law entitled "Von Feldt v. Stifel Financial Corp.: Clarifying the Scope of Delaware Indemnification Law."

Micah was admitted to the Iowa bar in 2000 and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Iowa. From 2000 to 2001, Micah served as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael J. Streit of the Iowa Court of Appeals. Micah is currently the president of the O'Brien County Bar Association and a member of the Iowa State Bar Association and the Iowa Association for Justice.
